Jamie Little, BSN, RN - Administrator/Owner

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here! As the owner and Administrator of ActiveAge Adult Day Services, you should know who I am and what I am all about. So here it is: I am a Registered Nurse living in Cass City with my daughter, son, and our dog. I’m a life-long Cass City resident and absolutely love our little community. GO HAWKS!

The idea of an adult day care service came about while I was working as a hospice nurse. Providing nursing services for individuals in their homes opened my eyes to the immense need for daytime support and care for the older population in our area.

My dream is to make a positive impact on as many people as possible by providing the care, support, and attention that every person deserves. I am an active advocate for “Aging in Place” and I want to help people remain in the community and living in their homes for as long as possible.

Through attendance in an adult day program, seniors now have somewhere to spend their days remaining active, both physically and mentally, in a safe environment with trained caregivers. The best part? At the end of the day, they are able to go home… and as Dorothy once said, “there’s no place like home!”

Lori James, CMA - Wellness and Activities Coordinator

Hello! I’m Lori (with my little girl, Stella) :) I am a Certified Medical Assistant, and I serve as the Wellness and Activities Coordinator at ActiveAge.

My entire focus is on enhancing the quality of life for our participants. I design, coordinate, and implement engaging wellness and recreational programs that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.

My role is to help participants maintain independence, improve mood, reduce isolation, and enrich their daily lives through purposeful engagement and social connection. Life is for LIVING, not simply existing!
